Hi, I’m Jordan O’Neill. I work in IT and love finding ways to make technology run smoothly and efficiently. My background includes HelpDesk support and DevOps, where I focused on automation and improving infrastructure reliability.

I also have a growing interest in software development and love finding ways to bridge operations with code to create better workflows. I’m looking to grow into roles that combine networking, system administration, and automation. I have experience with protocols like DHCP, DNS, and OSPF, and I enjoy learning new tools and technologies to stay ahead in the field.

Outside of work, I spend time designing and building custom mechanical keyboards. It’s a hobby that lets me combine creativity with technical precision—plus, nothing beats typing on something you built yourself.
